I am a Productivity Partner that works closely with busy individuals, solo professionals, and small business owners. I specialize in helping clients achieve their goals more efficiently and effectively by completing work such as managing calendars, organizing digital or physical environments, editing and formatting written content, managing projects, general household and business upkeep, etc. By providing customized support, virtually or in-person (local MN/Twin Cities area), I help clients stay focused, organized, and on track, ultimately saving them time and improving their overall productivity and wellness.
I spent 28 years in Corporate America working for a large financial services company in their Training & Development and Leadership Development departments. In the last role I held, I was responsible for managing a number of our leadership development programs for our employees. This work ranged from successfully managing external vendor partnerships and contracts, planning a calendar of classes to offer each quarter, managing the budget for my programs, communicating important program information to the leadership team, and serving as the point person for the employee completing the program. This work drew on my ability to build effective relationships both internally throughout the organization as well as externally.
In March 2024, I decided it was time for a change so I resigned from my position and took some time to decompress and explore other opportunities where I felt I could add value, make an impact, and have FUN! This led me down a path of starting my own business, Sweet Relief Solutions. I’ve enjoyed learning so many new things about starting a business while also drawing on my corporate knowledge and skills.
